As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. 

Job Summary:

The Field Operations Support II assists with the efficient mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of field service crews by managing logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks. Ensures compliance with policies and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange & communicate flight travel, accommodation, and transportation for field crews for both internal and 3rd party resources (where applicable)
  • Process travel security registration, travel insurance, and support visa-related itineraries
  • Provide support for urgent mobilization/demobilization requests, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by operational needs
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and global counterparts
  • Reconcile corporate card transactions; support PR/PO creation and vendor invoice receipt
  • Maintain and update internal systems
  • Assist self-bookers whenever needed (e.g. company credit card not working)
  • Collaborate with RM, Events team, HR, EHS, Training, Sourcing, and Immigration teams
  • Gather, validate, and maintain employee and job documentation accurately
  • Track and maintain training records and EHS certifications, including country and site requirements
  • Respond to routine documentation inquiries and escalate gaps
  • Maintain data accuracy and support basic reporting
  • Support conferences and/or training events
  • Support general office administrative duties as and when required
  • Support onboarding and PPE distribution (where applicable)
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years relevant experience in operations, administration, or customer service
  • Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
